AVUXI's TopPlace™ Location Page for Real Estate is a component that can be integrated into any webpage. It will display a map centered in a property location and will provide location context to the user.

• A list of the nearest points of interest in 5 categories, with walking time estimates:
  • Healthcare
  • Education
  • Parks
  • Transportation
  • Shopping
• Walking, cycling, and driving instructions from any address
• For each of those categories, all relevant points of interest within walking distance, plotted on the map
• For 90 selected cities in the world, a subway stations & lines layer
• A map layer displaying the boundaries of the official borough the property is in
• An option to see an aerial view, instead of the map
• A heatmap layer showing the most iconic places in the area, highlighting the most attractive and sought-after places due to architectonic or natural beauty
• A heatmap showing average per-square-meter prices of properties for sale (currently for Spain only)
• A heatmap showing the relative real estate activity, that is places where more property sales happen over time (currently for Spain only)

Integrating the widget is very simple. The video will show you with an example.

First, write us to: contact "@" avuxi.com to open your account. We will provide you with an avuxiKey for your widget. The key identifies you as a client and can optionally limit the loads of the widget to a single domain, or multiple domains of your preference. We count the number of times the key was used for invoicing purposes.

The widget itself contains no cookies nor tracking code, we do not collect information beyond widget loads and we share nothing with third parties, so you can rest assured it is GDPR compliant.

All you need to do to use the widget is create an empty <div id="vxapp" data-avuxi-key="place-your-key-here"></div> tag with id "vxapp" and load our javascript code from "https://scripts.avuxi.com/real-estate/widget/latest/avuxi-widget.js".
