The AVUXI's TopPlace™ Location Page for Housing on Demand widget is a specialized version of the AVUXI's TopPlace™ Location Page for Real Estate widget, with some sections and content tailored for temporary housing.

It will display a map centered in a property location and will provide location context to the user.

• Basic map and satellite view.
• A list of the nearest points of interest in 5 categories, with walking time estimates:
  • Healthcare
  • Eating out
  • Parks and Sports
  • Transportation
  • Shopping
  • Closest major Airport
• For each of those categories, all relevant points of interested within walking distance, plotted on the map.
• A Route path and Time estimate Calculator by Walking, Cycling, and Driving to any address within 1h drive.
• For 90 selected cities in the world, the Subway Stations & Lines layer.
• A map layer displaying the Boundaries of the Borough the property is in.
• A Heatmap layer showing the most Iconic places in the area, highlighting the most attractive and sought-after places due to architectonic or natural beauty.
• A Heatmap showing the best city areas for Nightlife.
• A Heatmap showing the best city areas for Eating out.
• A Heatmap showing the best city areas for Shopping.

Integrating the widget is very simple. The video will show you with an example.

We will provide you with an avuxiKey for your widgets, you will see it named as data-avuxi-key in the code provided. The key identifies you as a client and can optionally limit the loads of the widget to a single domain, or several domains of your preference. We count the number of times the key was used for invoicing purposes.

The widget itself contains no cookies nor tracking code. We do not collect information beyond widget loads and we share nothing with third parties, so you can rest assured it is GDPR compliant.

All you need to do to use the widget is create an empty <div id="vxapp" data-avuxi-key="place-your-key-here"></div> tag with id "vxapp" and load our javascript code from "https://scripts.avuxi.com/real-estate/housing-on-demand/latest/avuxi-housing-on-demand-widget-m.js". You can see an example below.
